We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all print orders from evgencopigorisek.com.

 

All prints are carefully printed, packaged, and dispatched with the utmost care. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 working days of receiving your order.

 

Your print will be sent via a reputable courier service and will include tracking where available. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

 

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide at checkout is correct — we are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect address information.

 

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by your country on international deliveries and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our fine art prints, all sales are final and refunds are not possible for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference differences.

However, we want you to receive your print in perfect condition. If your print arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and damaged print
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at evgen.copi@gmail.com.

 

Once we confirm that the damage occurred in transit, we will produce and ship a replacement print to you at no extra cost. Replacements typically ship within a few days of confirming the issue.

 

Please note that replacements are only issued for damage caused during delivery, not for general wear after receipt.

 

How to report a damaged print

To request a replacement:

  • Include your order number
  • Attach clear photos of the damaged print and packaging
  • Tell us what happened

We will assess your request and reply with next steps as soon as possible.

 

General Notes
  • Prints must be examined immediately upon delivery.
  • Damaged prints need to be reported within 7 days to qualify for a replacement.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery (e.g., unwrapping, hanging, or handling).
